Meet Our Team

Becky:

Becky Egan is the owner of American Air Conditioning & Restoration. Becky performs all “office” duties including scheduling, customer contact, accounts payable and receivables. Since Becky enjoys “paperwork” and its accurate completion, she is well suited for the task. She has a knack for putting clients at ease over the phone and efficiently communicating with them. Becky enjoys spending time with her husband, Tom, and daughter, Madison. Becky’s passion outside of the office is ballroom dancing and Becky competes in several competitions a year.

Tom:

Tom Egan has been in the cleaning and Restoration industry every day for 30+ years. He received the prestigious Certified Restorer status in 1995 (there are less than 400 CR’s in the country). Tom has participated in court proceedings and is designated as an expert in several states. Tom has been involved in more than 8000 Mold Remediation, Air Conditioning and Duct Cleaning projects. Tom personally trains all staff at ACR to ensure that the employees provide the high level of service he has worked hard developing over the years. He enjoys the technical side of the business and educating not only fellow employees but also ACR’s clients. Most important to Tom is time spent with his wife, Becky, and daughter, Madison. Tom is passionate about working with local youth organizations and churches. Tom regularly donates his time and resources to help people in need locally and abroad. His hobbies include 60’s & 70’s Muscle Cars as well as training and competing in races and triathlons. Tom has completed several Ironman races and the Boston Marathon.
