Hi, I’m TK – I’m the proud owner of American Cleaning and Restoration (ACR) here in Sarasota, Florida. Before putting down roots in the Sunshine State with my family, I called both Atlanta and New York home, picking up a wealth of experience from every stop along the way. Over the past 15 years, I’ve helped small- and medium-sized businesses find their stride, whether it’s through scaling up, bringing in new technology, or finding smart ways to run more efficiently. When the opportunity came to steer my own ship with ACR, I jumped at the chance—especially since indoor air quality hits close to home for me. Growing up with allergies and asthma, I know firsthand how much the air we breathe inside matters. That personal connection fuels my passion for helping folks throughout Sarasota and Bradenton create safer, healthier homes and businesses. When I’m not helping customers breathe easy, you’ll find me exploring our beautiful coastal communities, making memories with my family, or trying out new ways to stay fit and healthy. Sarasota’s been good to us, and I take a lot of pride in giving back through my work at ACR.
Hi, I’m Tila – I’m proud be the co-Owner at American Cleaning and Restoration (ACR) and grateful to call Sarasota home for our family and our business. I grew up in New Jersey in a family where entrepreneurship was more than just a word—it was a way of life. From an early age, I worked alongside my relatives, learning firsthand what it takes to build, lead, and sustain a successful small business. I earned my degree at NYU, then spent ten exciting years on Wall Street. Although I valued that experience, I always dreamed of being my own boss. Once we started our family, I knew it was the right time for a new chapter—one where we could enjoy the benefits of raising our family in a community as vibrant as Sarasota and Bradenton. Beyond my work at ACR, I’m passionate about empowering women to advance professionally. I run an online platform called Women in Tech, helping women build the confidence, skills, and connections they need to thrive in today’s market. When I’m not working, I love experimenting with new dishes in the kitchen, reading a great book, or making it to my favorite barre class. For me, there’s nothing better than sharing these moments with family and being part of a supportive local community.

I’ve been in the HVAC industry for over 20 years and joined the ACR team as General Manager in September 2025. I love being part of a company that takes pride in honest work, great service, and keeping our customers comfortable — even in that Florida heat!
When I’m off the clock, you’ll probably find me working on my boat, taking the kids out fishing, or out cruising on my motorcycle. I also enjoy long walks on the beach and a good day out on the water with family and friends. Fun fact — I’ve got both a race car and a cigarette boat, I’m a pretty sharp marksman, and I used to surf back in the day!

I made the big move from Alaska to sunny Florida in January 2025 and joined the ACR team not long after. It’s been quite a change swapping snow for sunshine, but I’m loving every minute of it! With over 20 years of experience as an Office Manager in all kinds of businesses, I enjoy keeping things running smoothly and being the friendly voice that helps our customers and team every day.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband, kids, grandkids, friends, and our two cats. When I’m not busy with family, you’ll probably find me reading a good book, swimming, or baking something sweet. Fun fact — I taught myself how to ride a motorcycle, and there’s nothing like a Florida ride with the wind in your hair and the sun on your face!
